Commercial Development Checklist

The Community Development Office is commited to making the permit experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.  We understand that planning for all requirements can be stressful, especially when navagating commercial or industrial development.  

To help streamline the process, we encourage developers to use the checklist below in combination with the Waverly Zoning Code.  This will ensure that all necessary documentation and requirements are addressed before submitting construction plans or site plans for review.
