NEICAC is a 501(c)3 private non-profit operating in NE Iowa that provides assistance with basic needs such as food, shelter, and utilities by charitable donations from individuals, businesses, school/church groups.
Programs offered: Low-Income Home Energy Assistance, Emergency Utility & Rent Assistance, Food Pantry, Head Start, Weatherization, Family Development & Self-Sufficiency Program, Energy Crisis Intervention Program, Tenant Based Rental Assistance, and Disaster Assistance when declared by the Governor
