Conditional Uses & Zoning Approval
The Waverly Zoning Code allows for certain specified uses and structures within the various zoning districts to be permitted conditionally, subject to:
- Recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission
- Approval by the City Council
These conditional uses help ensure that developments align with the City's long-term planning goals while maintaining flexibility for unique or specialized projects.
