Building setbacks and lot size requirements for residential, commercial, and industrial properties are outlined in Chapter 100 (Zoning) of the City Code.  These requirements vary depending on the zoning district in which a property is located.

To ensure your project complies with local regulations, please refer to the appropriate zoning classifcation to determine the applicable setback distances, lot dimensions, and other development standards.
