Standards for Subdivisions
Subdivision Plats to be considered in the City Waverly are expected to meet a set of minimum requirements prior to being considered. The City of Waverly has minimum standards that require:
- Compatibility with building scale and use density outlined on the Waverly Comprehensive Land Use Plan
- Connectivity with existing and future roadway plans
- Preliminary Plat Specifications (Section 103.04)
- Final Plat Specifications (Section 103.4.02)
- Design Standards (Section 103.6)
- Improvements, including construction financial guarantee (a.k.a. performance bond) (103.7)
