Special Provisional Use
The Waverly Zoning Code allows for special provisional uses within specified zoning designations outlined in the City Code.
Special Provisional Use Application
Special Provisional Uses are to be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and submitted to the Board of Adjustment for final approval. The process involves finding the use requested, consulting with the Community Development office, comparing the proposed use with the Zoning regulations and issuing necessary permits prior to allowing said use. There is no fee for a special provisional use.
