Re-platting
Re-platting is the action of altering a recorded subdivision plat with the intention of changing the lot ownership lines of the property. This action requires review and recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission and final determination by the City Council prior to being recorded.
Some important considerations with a request to re-plat are current City infrastructure in the vicinity and any associated costs with termination or relocation of City services or planned infrastructure locations.
