Tree Service License
No person shall cut or remove any plant, tree or shrub on the streest or on public property without first obtaining a permit from the Director of Leisure Services.
No person shall engage in the business of removing, cutting or trimming trees or shrubbery in the city without first obtaining a license.
To obtain a Tree Service License in the City of Waverly, the requirements are to complete this form and file with the City of Waverly Leisure Services office (200 1st Street NE Waverly, Iowa 50677), receive a copy of the Tree Ordinance, submit a certificate of insurance showing adequate liability protection for the service and the City, and pay the $10.00 annual fee. This license expires on December 31 of each year.
