Friends of WPL

“The Friends of the Waverly Public Library is a volunteer organization dedicated to the active promotion, welfare, and support of the Library for the benefit of the community.”

We provide invaluable financial and volunteer support to the library. The Friends raise funds through two main channels; Another Look used book sale room in the library and donations from 

members of the community like you! A donation of time or money goes directly toward helping the library succeed in its mission to be "Your window to information, recreation, and community."

Support the Friends of WPL!

We are excited to announce that you can now purchase apparel that showcases the Bookworm mascot from the WPL’s Plant a Seed, Read! summer program theme. 

Library staff have been sporting these shirts and now the community can join in the fun by purchasing embroidered or screen printed t-shirts in a rainbow of colors, bucket hats, and canvas tote bags from the online shop here.

Orders made will be available for pick up at Rack ‘Em Up in Waverly.  

A portion of every order goes directly to the Friends of the Library to raise funds to financially support so many of the excellent programs at our library, including the many summer program events open to children, teens, and adults.  Take part in the fun while supporting our library!
