Get a Library Card
Welcome to the Waverly Public Library!
If you've never checked out at the library before, getting a library card is free and takes about 5 minutes and a photo ID (such as a driver's license). You can stop by the library to sign up or get started online:
- Fill out the online application: Register for a Library Card Online
- Pick up your card in person. Once you have submitted your form, visit the front desk at the library to complete your registration. Please bring an official photo ID (such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport) so we can verify your identity.
Once we check your ID, we will hand you your physical card and you will have immediate access to our collection and online services!
