Access Policy
Due to our licensing agreement with Overdrive, the Waverly Public Library can only offer the Libby app with the Bridges collection of eBooks and audiobooks to Waverly and rural Bremer County residents. If you live somewhere else, please contact your area's public library for access. All libraries in Iowa that are a part of the Bridges program for Libby offer the same collection.
