Executive Director
Currently, in his ninth year serving as Executive Director for the Waverly Chamber of Commerce and the Waverly Main Street Program, Travis continues to use his acquired skills to help better the Waverly business community, the State of Iowa and the upper Midwest. He proudly serves on the board of directors for the Iowa Asscoiation of Chambers of Commerce, Mid-American Chamber Executives, Waverly Area Development Fund, Waverly Chamber Music Series, Waverly Economic Development Commission, Wartburg College's Institute for Leadership Education and Waverly's Sister City organization, which helps to maintain relations between Waverly, Iowa and Eisenach, Germany.
Travis is a 2020 graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management (IOM), a four-year professional development program of the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation. In 2021, Travis was honored to be appointed by Iowa Governor, Kim Reynolds, to her Empower Rural Iowa Initiative’s GROW taskforce which focuses on addressing leadership, recruitment and retention in rural communities throughout the state. Travis is highly sought after as a consultant, facilitator and public speaker throughout the Midwest in the areas of leadership, customer service, relationship building, board governance, and strategic planning. He is also an accomplished opera/musical theater performer, voiceover artist, emcee, and narrator. You can hear Travis narrate, as the "Voice of God", during Wartburg College’s annual advent production, Christmas with Wartburg.
Before moving to Waverly, Travis spent almost 20 years in hotel hospitality, serving in operational leadership roles for such brands as Mirage Resorts, Station Casinos, Radisson, Starwood's Luxury Collection and Historic Hotels of America. What Travis loves most is spending time with his family; his wife Dr. Nicki Toliver and twin boys Carson and Tiegan.

With over 10 years of chamber experience, Tiffany assists with managing and leading the quality of life initiatives that make people want to live, work, and play in the Waverly area. She is highly involved in the community and serves on a variety of boards and commissions which help further promote her professional mission including Waverly-Shell Rock Area United Way, Bremer County Relay for Life, Waverly Area Partnership for Healthy Living, Waverly Public Arts Committee and the Eastern Iowa Tourism Association. With years of diversified experience and responsibility, Tiffany possesses extensive knowledge in event planning, marketing, fundraising, volunteer management and public relations. Her experience, coupled with her love for the community of Waverly, make her well equipped to assist the Chamber in sustaining dynamic programs that promote an overall quality experience for residents and visitors alike.

Todd Kuethe 
Administrative Assistant
Todd comes to the organization with over 40 years of experience owning and operating a successful business, Quality Accounting in the Cedar Valley area. After selling the business in 2021 and retiring he is eager to give back to the Chamber some of the knowledge he has gained in helping small businesses succeed. As a life-long resident of Readlyn, Todd has many connections to the Waverly area. He is excited to see existing businesses grow and new businesses become part of the Waverly landscape.

Angela Gidley
Communications & Marketing Assistant
Angela joins the Chamber team as a 20-year resident of Waverly with extensive communications and marketing experience. She moved to Waverly to serve as a Children’s Pastor and then Pastor of Communications at Life Church. She followed those positions with working from home and doing freelance writing projects on the side when her children were at home. Angela most recently worked for her husband’s small family business in Waverly, and she is currently teaching piano lessons at the Crosspoint School of Arts. Angela graduated from Evangel University in Springfield, MO, with a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Administration of Christian Education. She has been married for seventeen years and has three school aged children.
