2026 Harlington Cemetery Broadleaf Weed Control

Broadleaf weed control spraying is scheduled to take place at Harlington Cemetery on Thursday, October 1, 2026. A rain date will be determined at the contractor’s discretion based on weather conditions. Signs will be posted at the cemetery when spraying is taking place.

Harlington Cemetery will be closed for 24 hours following the application. During this time, visitors are asked to obey all barricades and posted closure signs for their safety and to allow the treatment to be completed effectively.

Residents with live plants in the cemetery are encouraged to remove them prior to spraying to help avoid potential plant injury.

The City appreciates the public’s cooperation while this maintenance work is completed.
