Mr. Grant Benschoter has been selected as the 2025 winner of this award and was recognized at the IAWEA regional meeting in Manchester on October 29, 2025.

Traffic Signal Work Scheduled for Friday, October 31st

Crews are scheduled to work on the traffic signals on 4th Street SW on Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. Work will take place at the intersection by McDonalds and the intersection by Starbucks and Hy-Vee. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction while work is being completed. This may cause traffic delays. Please exercise caution.
