Yard Waste Site Open for Season

The Yard Waste Site has opened for the season. The yard waste processing facility is located north of the Recycling Center at 2800 5th Avenue NW. Leaves, grass clippings, garden waste, and kitchen scraps (no dairy or meat products) are processed into compost. Trees, branches, and woody material are shredded into tree much.
Yard waste may be in biodegradable bags. No plastic bags of other materials are allowed.
