South Riverside Park Shelter 2021

Project Description:  Demolition of existing concrete slabs, Extension of electrical service, low voltage lighting, and plumbing. Construction of large public shelter with structural steel frame, metal roof, concrete footings, stained concrete paving and bricks, stone masonry. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum).

Bids Due:  February 10, 2021 before 10:00 a.m. to the City of Waverly Leisure Services Office, 200 1st St. NE, Waverly, IA 50677

Construction Period:   Begin immediately;  Completed by June 1, 2021.
