Waverly Chamber Ambassadors Recognize Area Businesses

Waverly, IA – The Waverly Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently held ribbon cuttings for four business in Waverly, also presenting them with a First Dollar Award.

The Ambassadors presented Mark Westbrook, owner of Paha Cider in Waverly, with a First Dollar Award and held a ribbon cutting for the opening of his new cidery. They are proud to make their modern ciders using whole, natural ingredients. You can find more information about Paha Cider on their Facebook page.

The Ambassadors presented Aaron Culley of Candeo Counseling Center at 215 3rd St. NW with a First Dollar Award and held a ribbon cutting for the opening of their new location in Waverly. Candeo Counseling Center exists to foster a culture of care in the Cedar Valley and beyond by providing Christ-centered, clinically informed counseling services. The Ambassadors presented Dave Thompson, owner of Get Roasted at 312 9th St. SW with a First Dollar Award and held a ribbon cutting for the opening of his new location inside the Red Entrance of the Waverly Health Center. Get Roasted is a locally owned coffee shop and micro coffee roaster who makes their own syrups as well as pastries and cold case items. For more information, please visit their website.

The Ambassadors presented the teams of Taylor Physical Therapy and Summit Industrial Medicine with a First Dollar Award and held a ribbon cutting for the opening of their new clinic, Waverly Industrial Rehab at 1203 W. Bremer Ave.  Waverly Industrial Rehab exists to provide specialized occupational health, wellness, and rehabilitative services for businesses in and surrounding Waverly.
