74.31.1 Water Rates and Charges applicable for all water billings due and payable in July 2011, and thereafter.
A. Water Rates

The above rates are based on monthly consumption of water. It is expressly provided, however, that each and every building, tenant, premises or each and every separate service connected with the water system shall be charged and shall pay monthly for the use of water measured and registered by meter, a minimum rate as follows:

C. Second Water Meter
Some residents choose to install a second water meter if they do a lot of watering of their lawn and garden or if they have a swimming pool to fill. Sewer fees are not charged against the water from a second water meter. This meter is read only twice a year in April and October. There is a fee for the water meter and charges from your plumber for installation. Call the Water Division 352-6261 if you have questions on installing a second water meter
