- Seats up to 48 with tables and chairs, 76 with chairs only.
- Eight 72" by 30" (6 feet by 2.5 feet) tables are available.
- Equipment available includes: portable LCD projector, DVD player, large screen, white board, podium.
- Kitchenette available upon request. Light refreshments are allowed, please ask about restrictions when making reservation.
- $10 deposit, cash or check only. Checks must be made out to Friends of the Waverly Public Library.
- Combined BIG Room (slider opened between Bremer/Waverly Room).
- Seats up to 100 in chairs, tables available.
- $50 fee for staff setup, cash or check only.

- Monday – Thursday 8am - 8pm
- Friday 8am - 6pm
- Saturday 9am - 4pm
- Sunday (Sept – May) 1pm – 4pm
After hours meetings are possible for the Bremer Room and Waverly Room only from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday for a fee of $10 per half hour. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
