CMI Purchases Waverly Manufacturing Facility from Terex Corp.

Glenn Dalby, President of CMI Roadbuilding, Inc. of Oklahoma City, OK, announced that the CMI group has purchased from Terex Corp. their former Waverly, IA crane manufacturing facility. The Waverly facility covers 48 acres and has 310,000 sq. ft. under roof. Mr. Dalby explained that "this facility will be the foundation for returning our extensive portfolio of legacy products to the position of prominence it once held in the construction equipment and roadbuilding industires". He went on to say that "it was with the state dating back to 1929 with Iowa Manufacturing Company and later Cedarapids®  Inc.", CMI looks forward to working with the local community to continue a strong manufacturing presence in Waverly.

CMI's product portfolio offers an extensive range of branded products many of which have been recently redesigned and updated.
