The Waverly Police Department is planning a National Night Out for the City of Waverly at Kohlmann Park on Tuesday, August 9, 2022.
National Night Out is designed to:
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
- Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness.
- Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs.
- Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
