The Waverly Chamber invites all the little ghosts and goblins to join the fun and fill their bags with treats provided by participating downtown merchants during Waverly’s annual Jack-O-Lantern Night! This event is put on by Waverly merchants in conjunction with the Waverly Jaycees.
