*Self-guided walking tours highlighting historic buildings in the Downtown Historic District (information at the Chamber of Commerce)
*3:00 pm ceremony at East Bremer Diner with remarks by city leaders and Historic Preservation Commission members and free pie!

About the Commission:
The Waverly Historic Preservation Commission has been working for years to bring attention to preserving Waverly’s historic places. The Waverly Downtown Historic District is our third district selected by the National Park Service after a rigorous application process. These events put on by the Historic Preservation Commission seek to introduce Waverly to those interested in historic tourism and help promote pride in our community .
