Wartburg College

Wartburg College, founded in 1852, is a selective four-year liberal arts college of the Lutheran Church (ELCA), nationally recognized for community engagement. The college offers over 50 majors, pre-professional programs, and certificate programs leading to the bachelor's degree. Wartburg has been ranked in The Princeton Review's rankings of "Best Midwestern Colleges," as well as in U.S. News and World Report's annual rankings of "America's Best Colleges."
Hawkeye Community College

Located 30 minutes from Waverly in Waterloo, Iowa, Hawkeye Community College is an accredited two-year comprehensive community college that offers a wide range of vocational, technical, and career programs. It is also an active member of the Region 7 Workforce Development system. Hawkeye operates and maintains several employment and training programs, and serves as a channel for state and federal funding.
