Waverly is located in Northeast Iowa on the banks of the Cedar River approximately 80 miles west of the Mississippi River and 60 miles south of the Iowa/Minnesota border.

The Waverly Area, located in northeast Iowa, is strategically located to provide your business with abundant interstate, regional and local highway access. Waverly is an Avenue of the Saints Community (Hwy 218/27), connecting St. Paul with St. Louis. Our 4-lane highway system will take you to I-380 (20 miles), then to I-80 connecting New York with San Francisco. Bremer County also offers rail service as well as convenient access to local, regional and international air service.
